Adam and his abseiling team were contracted to carry out a repaint of the unit complex. The project was challenging due to the building’s location and condition. Communication was simple, and all requests were met.

We are the on-site managers for Parkside Apartments, which is a 100 residential apartment complex located in Nundah. In September 2020, the body corporate employed the services of Adam and Alan to repaint and effect any repairs to the exterior of the apartment block. We were more than happy with the outcome of the work completed. Any areas of concrete cancer were identified and quoted for at reasonable rates.

Since this time, we have had them back on-site to complete various other repair works to the building, all of which have been completed to a high standard. All in all, we found Adam & Alan very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous and have no hesitation in recommending them for building repaint and repair work. In addition, the staff they employed to assist were all a pleasure to deal with.

Vertex were contracted to prepare and paint one of our buildings in Brisbane. The process from quoting through to completion was at all times extremely professional.

The workers involved were very competent and went beyond job specifications to complete the project to a very high standard. No matter what issues confronted them the job proceeded smoothly and they never faltered in their workmanship.
